How long do most apparel orders take to complete?

Typically orders take about 2 weeks from the time the order is finalized until it is ready to ship or pick up. We do not hold inventory so that we have more freedom to offer you a larger selection of products, styles, colors, and decoration. Some items take longer than others to arrive from the warehouse for decoration and may
increase completion time. If you have a rush order please let us know as we can generally meet even tight deadlines.

I like my styles but they don’t fit!

Due to the customized nature of the products we offer, all sales are final. Please contact us before placing an order if you would like to know more about sizing or see a sample. Most of the apparel on our site has a link to the manufacturers sizing chart.

What file type do you need for my design?

If you would like to create your own design please send a vector file, such as EPS, AI, SVG, or PDF. A true vector file is always the best. There are certain circumstances where a high resolution raster image (PNG or JPG) will work.

What is your design fee?

We do not charge a design fee. We are happy to design any apparel that we are decorating for you. If you have ideas in mind let us know! Our designers always like to have your thoughts and feedback so they can create the design you're looking for.

What forms of decoration are available?

We offer screen printing, embroidery, direct to film transfers, and dye sublimation. Most decoration is done in-house for quicker completion.

How many pieces do I have to order? Do you have a minimum?

We do not have a minimum order requirement for most products. If you have a screen print order you can avoid a screen set-up fee by ordering at least 24 pieces of the same design, ink color, and placement. Some specialty items such as leather patch hats do require a minimum purchase.

Can you get other brands or styles than what is shown on your website?

YES! We have access to tens of thousands of styles from a wide array of brands. We have tried to include those that are most popular on our website but you are not limited to only these items. If you are looking for something specific and don't see it, please contact us.

Can I get a refund or exchange for a different color or size?

Unfortunately due to the customized nature of the products we offer, all sales are final. Please contact us before placing an order if you would like to know more about sizing or see a sample. Most of the apparel on our site also have link to the manufacturers sizing chart.

What are your hours for pick up?

We are open from 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday with the exception of major holidays. We are closed on all weekends.

Where are you located?

We are located at 14631 W 95th St, Lenexa, KS, a suburb of Kansas City. You are welcome to stop by our showroom to see some of our customer favorite products and pick up your orders instead of having them shipped to you.
